Reservations
A website inquiry or estimate does not by itself confirm a reservation. Check the confirmation provided by our reservation service or dispatch team for the agreed pickup time, locations, vehicle, passenger capacity, and price. Contact us promptly if any detail is incorrect.
Rates, payment, and changes
Review the price and any applicable waiting time, extra stops, tolls, parking, gratuity, or other charges disclosed with your quote or booking. Payment requirements, cancellation deadlines, refund eligibility, and no-show charges are those disclosed and agreed for your reservation. If these details are unclear, contact dispatch before confirming or changing your booking. This website does not establish additional cancellation fees.
Travel details and passenger conduct
Provide accurate contact and travel information and advise us of changes, luggage needs, accessibility requirements, or child-seat needs before travel so availability can be confirmed.
